New Screengrab! release (and it has a new home) March 8, 2007

Just a quick note to say that the new Screengrab! release (0.92) is available.

This release brings some nice new features (copy to clipboard, no need for Java, different file types, save a selection) and a new swanky website - http://www.screengrab.org - so head on over and check it out!

Hooray, my little Screen grab thing has been approved
HERE!

And it has its first positive review.

Of course, it gets OutOfMemory errors if you try to grab something too big and it has some interesting problems on (ironically enough) the Mozilla home page.
I guess I’ll get to the bottom of it eventually, but then again… this should make my extension obsolete.

So I finally had my chat with my honours supervisor.
The less interesting part of the conversation was about statistical language technology and my honours thesis.

The more interesting part of my chat was about babies and how they happen when you’re gay.

It turns out that the answer is “with difficulty” and at least a small portion of that is thanks to my friend and yours, John Howard…

Achtung!!
Would I have been a Nazi??
Unfortunately I would’ve been an average civilian. I’d stand idly by while my Jewish friends were rounded up.
I guess that’s better than doing the rounding, but not very.
I’ll just keep optimistically thinking that when the shit goes down, I’ll be one of the goood guys.
