Thank you for this SG 0.8!
pls update die update.rdf as well
Hmm… I guess I should do that. update.rdf seems to always be a bit flakey. But I will try!
great ! cheers for 0.8
Andy,
Your ScreenGrab Firefox extension used to work great … but then it just stopped working!
I select it but there’s no screen grab occurring, no moving around of the browser window, etc.
I have JAVA installed, I used the jEdit editor so I definitely have JAVA installed.
I’m using the latest (1.5.01) version of Firefox.
The Firefox extensions page still has ScreenGrab 0.7.
Where can I download ScreenGrab 0.8?
Will it help?
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Nick
Andy,
Ok, I found ScreenGrab 0.8 and installed.
No change, still not working.
This is really odd, it used to work fine and then, one day, it just stopped working.
HELP!
Nick
Thanks Andy, it’s a great tool. When I upgraded to FF 1.5.0.1 about a month back, it disabled Screengrab - so I came back here and downloaded 0.8 and it worked fine.
I translate it to Hungarian. Please contact me!
Just the thing I was looking for
Works nicely
I would like to write a standalone Java app which would do the same thing. Andy - could you please help?
First of all let me thank you for the months of great screengrabs.
Recently (and quite out of the blue) it started giving me the “Privilegedactionexception” error and the “error when constructing instance of (null)” error.
If it wasn’t one of those then it would only grab a top partial of the page and just black out the bottom portion.
Approximately how much is too much to copy? 19 pages?
http://www.pbs.org/newshour/bb/congress/july-dec02/intelligence_12-11.html finally works, but only after ~20 times.
Now we just need 1.5.0.2 support.
Moving to 0.8 on a G5-dualie, 2GB RAM system I get the following dialog box:
Alert
Screen grab failed.
I don’t quite know what happened. This doesn’t match any of my known errors. Maybe just try again? Or restart Firefox?
java.lang.NegativeAarraySizeException [OK]
No amount of restarting or reinstalling has corrected the situation.
It does work on my MBP.
Firefox/2.0b2
No funciona para Firefox 2.0 beta 2
