Podcasts everywhere!! August 2, 2005

All of a sudden, all I see are podcasts.

The good thing about that being that one of my favourite things that I never listen to is available from the interweb.

Triple J’s afternoon program, Hack.


Hack is great. It’s political, topical and always incredibly interesting. And I never ever hear it because I don’t carry a radio with me and I’m never near one when it’s on.

So now if you never seem to listen to the radio anymore, like me, you can listen to it on this…

It is one of the more cringeworthy terms currently in circulation.
I’d be happier if they’d called it something like RSSMP3.

More acronyms is what’s needed around these parts…

For some reason the phrase “Digital Momma” just popped into my head.
