Ooops… forgot to do this yesterday or the day before…

Whenever I had the DELICIOUS….

Spicy aubergine papardelle thing!!

Some people call them eggplants. Australians I believe.

I don’t go in for such egg-word shenanigans.

To me they’re aubergines. But no matter what the name, if you fry them in some oil with lots of chilli and olives and tomato and mix them up with some papardelle and cover them with parmesan they are DELICIOUS!!
