Relationships are interesting things July 8, 2005

… and I’ve been living with her for almost a year of that time.
The whole business of relationships is still kinda crazy to me. I’ve had a few that I suppose you could call ’serious’, but I’ve never really cared about them in the same way that I do about this one.
The key thing about Christie is that she keeps me on my toes. The importance of keeping of one on one’s toes cannot be underestimated.
While you can say that after a time most things become predictable, Christie is constantly randomising her responses. Sometimes she truly shocks me, but never in a way that I don’t really appreciate, either at that time or in reflection later.
If she holds a position on a topic that I don’t like, I find myself defending that position, not because I agree with it, but because I agree with her right to hold it.
Examples are good at times like these, and they serve to corroborate arguments like these and thus secure high distinctions and other such academic accolades. Essentially she challenges me in all of the ways that I like, and she’s also adorable.
Girls eh? What’s with that?

I showed it to her once and she said “Oh my God! You ARE a nerd.”.
I think we can all guess what I said in response to that little exclamation…
ive followed hundreds of relationship clues advice,ect, and still dont think any of it is true.you must love her alot its that simple. you do or you dont, reasons dont matter it seems,it dont matter what you are,people love you or not.i dont think anyone really loves the person, just the character and looks.thats as simple as it is.
